Shipping & Return Info

Shipping / Return Policy:

  • All orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday (excluding US Holidays)
  • Orders placed on Monday through Friday are usually shipped within 48 hours of receipt. Please be aware that during periods of high volume such as holidays and sales, it may take longer.
  • NOTE - expedited orders such as Next Day Air and Second Day Air must be received by 2:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time) to ship the same day
  • Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday (excluding US Holidays)
  • We ship to all US Street Addresses
  • We ship to all 50 states including the District of Columbia (excluding US Territories)
  • We currently DO NOT ship internationally
  • Shipping method and costs
            We will ship you order via USPS, UPS or FedEx        
            Shipping costs and any applicable taxes are calculated at checkout
  • Once an order is received and processed, you will receive an e-mail confirmation and tracking number for your records.
Returns / Exchanges:
  • We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return it. All return and exchange merchandise must be unworn / unused and in the same original condition as the time it was received. Please follow the steps below to return your merchandise for credit or exchange:
    • Complete the return form on the back of your invoice
    • Enclose the return form and the original merchandise
    • Enclose a copy of the original packing slip
    • Write your order number on the outside of the package

  • Exchanges - To exchange an item for a different color or size, simply complete the return for and follow the same instructions. Your replacement item will be on its way as soon as your return is processed.
  • Credit on Returns:

In an effort to insure your credit is processed as quickly as possible, please make sure all of the information in your return is correct and all of the items listed on your return form are included in your return package. We cannot process a return until the following occur:

  1. We receive your return
  2. Your returned items are processed
  3. All of your return information is entered
  • Note - Sale and closeout items are not eligible for exchange or credit.
